In the spirit of keeping classics readily available, Nike is following the lead of the neon green Air Max 95 and giving sneaker collectors another shot at the infrared Air Max 90. Infrared holds a special place in the hearts of those who love Nikes, as it has been used on various Air Jordan models, like the Air Jordan VI (6) in their original colorways. This infrared version of the Air Max 90 stays true to the OG, with mesh and solid infrared splashes on the heel, underlay, toe, outsole and lacelocks. The last time this model released, it was not easy to grab this version or the premium version that featured ostrich leather, but this upcoming June, Foot Locker locations will carry this famed colorway of one of Nike’s most famous models. Don’t wait around and expect another wide release if you haven’t copped this on the last few go-arounds.
